Wylde Homes is the specialist home building division of Turney Wylde Construction Limited.

Established in 1967, we have over recent years undertaken the renovation of several prestigious home developments including:

• Lookout Farm at Seaton Sluice - Grade II listed barn conversions and farmhouse which was nominated for Civic Trust Awards in 2004.

• Faverdale Hall at Darlington - Conversion and extension to the 19th Century Hall and estate buildings to create seven new homes.

• Newton Barns, Newton by the Sea.  This is our most recent development - Conversion of 7 redundant farm buildings into beautifully individually designed homes.
